In Norse mythology, the Valknut’s three interlocking shapes (several variations) represent birth, redemption and new beginnings.  Also, the three points represent the three main realms of the afterlife.  The famous Valhalla is found in the upper realm. 

There are many wolfs in the Norse mythology and culture.  Odin’s two wolfs, Geri and Freki, are among the more famous ones.  They represent protection, strength and loyalty.  If Vikings saw a wolf before or during a battle it meant Odin was nearby.
The Vikings would wear a wolf tooth as a token of divine protection and divine intervention in their lives.
